  • QQ will have forum downtime on October 21, starting at 10:00 AM Eastern time, for software updates.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

Abysseus

I write dark fanfiction: SI crossovers and AUs where power always comes with a price, and the price is never quite what anyone expected.

Mostly I keep dropping people (and powers) into Westeros to see what breaks, but I'll eventually branch out to other stuff. What you'll find here: old gods and older debts, slow-building dread, borrowed power systems in places they were never meant to go, and protagonists who have to live with what they've bought. Content notes are always in the first post.

My stories:
• The Hand That Heals (GoT × Worm SI): A Worm power in a world without medicine. In Westeros, a healer is worth more than a sword, and everyone wants to own one.
• A Song of Shadow and Ice (GoT × Solo Leveling SI): Winter is coming, and so is the System. The Others aren't the only ones raising armies.
• The Dragon's Due (GoT × Skyrim): A Dragonborn in a world that thinks dragons are extinct. Every soul devoured is a debt.
• What the Tide Takes (Percy Jackson AU): A boy with two mothers, and one of them is death.

I read every comment, theory, and nitpick, so come argue with me.
