Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
When I read this, I legit had a moment where I had to put my face into my palms from the sheer disbelief. I knew she was a bit...simple...but to do *this*.
Yes, found the pick to illustrate the point.
Motoko, my girl. Even if you wouldn't understand it fully, you really should have read the thing.
...dude, you really don't know you're talking to a actual professional merc. You don't tell them to downgrade their gear, ever.
And one extra silver lining to this absurd deal Motoko ended up...
No. No, Mr Lee, it was not a joke at all.
I can see Paul having two reactions here. One, he looks completely unbothered in the most British way possible and say that while looking on. Two, he'd have the mildest frown and roll his eyes a bit, with a hint of sarcasm audible in his voice.
This was a great chapter...but I think Hiromi may have decided to go down a path that's going to blow up in her and Motoko's face.
Motoko started the whole music thing to relieve stress and maybe keep herself in check. You know, keep her connected to her own humanity a bit.
What's happening...
Motoko being Motoko is always a treat to read, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm way more interested what's going to happen with Militech raid and the potential consequences of it.
I'm actually surprised that she *didn't* recognize him from that time they met face to face in J'aarkn's deportation party, but OL was pretending to just be a literal "Man in Black" at the time. If I remember right, he was also pretending to go through a bad breakup and hoping to get some advice...
Sorry, Motoko, but this is problem of your own making. You now either need to find a way for your chooms to "git good" by themselves, or you need to apply some "tough love" to the situation.
Yeah, this gig was Dino testing how Motoko performs. The fact that he took her word on the gig being complete is a surprise, though. That takes trust that's surprising for a fixer, or he has a way of confirming that this gig was done, one way or another.
EDIT
I'm going to assume this was done...
Well, Hiromi and the band are very happy right now, and Motoko got an in with new fixer. Now, let's see how this plays out...
(Hopefully better than it did with Regina, I'm still convinced that she gave Motoko that gig with Exotics because she needed an excuse to not give Motoko new gigs until...
Not gonna lie, this bit got me laughing, the image was *that* hilarious.
Still, makes me wonder what Selina is feeling, because right now, she's just eye candy. I mean, she's *great* as eye candy, but... Yeah, that wasn't why she was accompanying Orange Lantern.
