Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
I know you're familiar with Cyberpunk 2020 and VtM, but have you read any of the Ars Magica sourcebooks? I'm currently reading 5e and it's a goldmine of ideas.
Just read Jealousy x Jester again, and it's still my favorite DxD fic. Had to double take at the post date, however - it's seriously been two years since the last update? Where did the time go...
Hard to believe it's been 15 years since you wrote Away to Neverland. Still one of favorites, even after all that time.
I'm curious - out of all your work, what would you say was the most fun to write?
... Wait, how did I get here? I know it wasn't through SB, but the only other places I was hanging out online were /tg/ and THP. Did Chibi mention this place on THP at some point? This is going to keep me up at night.
I'm also curious if anyone on QQ has experience with Scrivener. My old-school tools are a bunch of 4" x 6" notecards and a pile of cheap spiral-bound college-ruled notebooks, followed by typing up a final draft in emacs with org-mode.
Really scratching my head at Marathon's art assets; I think the characters and the environment clash. The characters look like Cyberpunk 2007 models as designed by Playmobil. It's frustrating, because there are elements that could work with more coherent art direction.
The lack of a campaign...
Just binged "Jaune the Pornstar" - it's absolutely hysterical. The running gag with everyone being impressed with Junior's extremely cliche scripts was great.
