    I get it, the problem is that given the conditions and the lack of hard clad proof in regards to AI use in works, it would be basically something that can only be enforced if you engaged in witch hunting. Or instead, given the conditions, it would be a witch hunt.

Suppose I inject the word 'A' or the phrase 'the birds flew across the tapestry of the heavens' into a machine, if they use those same words, it is plagiarism.
