Try https://www.speedtest.net/ also I actually wrote a tampermonkey script a while back that bypasses the image proxy, you could also try that and see if it improves image load times for you, it should...

    For those of you that are android, you can usually longpress the browser app icon hit the info icon basically circle with an i in it, hit clear data qand VERY IMPORTANTLY, only hit clear cache. Then also force stop and restart the browser app of your choice. Fixes my mobile browser problems 99%...

    OSes: Linux on the Desktop, Android. Vivaldi, Mercury and Fennnec(Android) VPN: Proton. Tried both with and without it. DNS: quad9.net with dns over TLS. Everything works fine on my end.
