    But since these are also troop transports. They could always leave troops on some worlds while the fleet mostly focuses on defeating the enemy fleet nearby but somewhere else? Potentially buying time. (It does depend on how much naval/space superiority effects ground fights though?

    Been reading the thyme quest. You mentioned not allowing government debt due to finding it depressing. But earlier the main character apparently asked for a loan from his father for cheating at horse racing gambling. Which I found ironic. Seemed like a really cool quest as well.
