        The tendency of Dnd!Viserys Targareon to polymorph enemies into turtles, either before or after ritual sacrifices, gave rise to the Turtle Beam commentary....though, admittedly, that may also be because of the Turtle Destruction Wave (Kamehameha). TLDR, turtles are highly energetic for some reason.
