    Best I can think is you either use really funky QQ skin (I don't think there's any that caused things to be that bad, but just covering things up here), or you got something that modify QQ page, especially in front page. Userscript, addon, translation frame, web page proxy, something more...

    Well, we've more or less agree on what to decide on the topic ('Nothing'), so not much reason to go on. I don't find writing (assisted by) AI generally interesting - if I really want them, I can just throw whatever half-baked idea I got on LLM. Heck, I don't even need to pay, some of local ones...

    Yeah it get every threadmark. If it's marked it'll get it. You can't pick and choose though, it also include mod action if it's marked.

    The best is https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFare, but it's a plugin; you'll need to either already have Calibre (the main program it plugged in to) or know Python to run it independently. Note that QQ's NSFW work is behind login wall, so you'll need to configure it separately.

    Royalroad and Ao3 both has specific gender protagonist tags, I think; and Ao3 has specific relationship types tags in addition to specific character relationship tags, just another example. So avoiding cooties female protagonists pretty easy on both of them. Or avoiding lesbians or gays for Ao3...
