A bit much to believe an instructor would hit a recruits eye and then, most importantly, replace the eye with a cybernetic eye. Them eyes don't grow on trees and they arnt for recruits either…a guardsmen recruit just isn't valued bruh especially a hive recruit
I think you might be in the wrong place judging by the title, but we can always hope. If it's done well then I'm all for a fall but most just turn into mustache twirling retards. You Know, I normally don't read 40K self Inserts , and that's mostly cause I don't trust self inserts. But reading about someone who does actually know the dangers, and he's okay with this dying because it's not the worst thing that can happen to you, is good. Now watching thus story
Edit: I hope he doesn't fall to Chaos =p.
Aren't the chaos gods loose in the sea of souls, eating the soul of everything that dies? Making death the worst thing?
Wait, you used to pump stories? I now have something to read now, yay~.
what does this mean? what is not to trust?
When I first started reading on the internet, I read a bunch of SI stories where they the world bent itself around the SI, they were 'perfect', and could do no wrong, and ignored lore of the setting. I don't actually mind for franchises i don't know or care about. But a IS fic did so badly, that a IS tag usually is a stop here sign for me. The orange lantern dc fic is the reason I start giving SI a chane again. I don't know it was a SI at first because it was being sent to me by a friend. Like copy and paste and sent to me from Google docs.
