I don't want this to sound discouraging, but while I would say that the current story format is working, it's also very awkward.

The school cast is effectively always stuck rehashing the previous chapter not quite beat for beat, but close enough to make me question why you separate the streams into their own chapters rather than just interspersing the stream with the classroom reactions like in a more-or-less standard reaction fic format.

And then there's the matter of the school cast often being overly praiseworthy of particular bits of phrasings that, ultimately, you wrote. I highly doubt you're deliberately having your characters sing your praises, but that was nonetheless a rather awkward recurring impression I remember having in at least two chapters.
 
Just binged it and this is real fun

I was hoping that when they chatted about the first humanity being gone, SI or someone else would make the theory that since dust interacts with Semblances in a way no other material does, it might be made from the conglomerized Souls of the erased first humanity.

The "angrier" and less angry Dust are coming from more "angry " people it was created from or something like that.

Hey, if you're still in school somewhere, you should look into whether you can get some extra credit for this. You're covering some important but hard-to-teach-well stuff with great humor. I won't say it's the best MOOC I've ever engaged with, but it's certainly the most engaging.

EDIT: Oh, hypothesis I just thought of. Anon 1447 or whatever it is isn't Salem, but one of the Maidens.
