How to delete and old poll and make a new one?

    Sorry to disturb you all but I'm trying to figure out how to delete and old poll in on of my threads and how to make a new one.
    Could someone explain to me how do it? I'm trying to see in edit and settings but I'm not finding anything even close.

    Just out of curiosity, why is that? Why do people need mods to delete the polls for them instead of being able to do so themselves?

    The permission to delete polls is inherent to the 'Manage (move, merge, etc.) thread by anyone' permission.

    For obvious reasons, only moderators and admins have that permission.
