Anyone got a link for the last part of the Anti green lantern Paul? Kinda difficult to search for it, would be far easier with a specific key words in each of Paul variants post so we can find them with the search engine.

 

I wonder if there are any harem animes where the girls get so frustrated their protagonist is so dense they just leave him and he doesn't even notice?

Like 20 episodes of typical harem shenanigans, then the last six form an arc where one of them asks "Why do we like this guy again? He's never going to choose one of us over the others. In fact he's never shown any interest in any of us other than as simply 'friends'."

Alternatively, if you wanted something more light-hearted, you could introduce a dozen possible love-interests, and then over the course of the show have the seeming harem protagonist pair them off with each other until at the end they're all happy, and then when they (in an over the top manner) tell him that he should be in a relationship too, he just cluelessly goes "but all my friends are happy, so I'm happy. Why would I need a girlfriend to be happy?"

Plays the "clueless harem protagonist" as an actual person without bashing any archetypes... now I'm wondering who would be paired with who. Like, maybe the Tsundere with the... I'm forgetting the name, but it's the clueless klutz best friend from the protagonist's youth. Positive attention for the tsundere, and the tsundere helps her partner with the things she needs help with (helping her follow her schedule, etc).

the thing i never understands with Harem protag is that even the perverted one are totally obvious about it, like Issei from high school DxD, that dude dream is to have his own harem and he stay obvious to it for a good deal of the story.

 

Well, with Issei in particular, supposedly it's because he was feeling somewhat traumatized after the whole "my first girlfriend was just leading me on so she could murder me" thing, and as such was subconciously refusing to believe that anyone in his harem was actually genuine about liking him.

How widely known is the lore about the emotional spectrum among the DC supers? Or, is it on the order of "Green Lantern has a ring, that makes him pretty powerful. Do you think it being green is important?", level?

Whether there 's any feedback of the emotional logic that the particular flavour of ring is using, on those it's used on, is an interesting question. Quite a few DC supers will be familiar with the idea of resisting mind control, at least in theory... You might strongly suspect that Jade would not approve of him influencing other versions of her...

 

As long as it doesn't turn into a big argument over which Jade is Best Girl.

 

The answer is clearly Kon.

 

Kon is neither a Jade, nor a girl. He'd be a contender for Best Boy though.

 

That's just how BEST he is. He exceeds even categories he's not in.

 

Amazonian culture DOES accept Polygamous/Polyamourous relationships.

Kon not being a girl is something Paragon could easily fix if he wanted to.
Also I think he should start introducing him self as Pavlos since that is kinda his name and most if not all of the alternate versions of him are all but unable to THINK their name much less say it.

I've always thought it could be inferred as a possibility.

What with her mindblasting him into unconsciousness when her White Martian form was revealed.

Then their relationship ending because he caught her trying edit his memories of the mind raping she'd already done to others.

Not canon, just me being irreverent and poking at it. Though I still think it could have been true. Especially with her being so fixated on having her "Hello, Megan" life at the start of the series.
