I mean, it may be kinda obvious to us, but for White Chain, who has been in conflict over this for what is probably literal ages, this is a big moment. She knows she will probably die trying, but try she must. Otherwise she will feel like she's running from herself.

My guess is that White Chain's going to try her darndest, die, and then Allison is going to do the impossible yet again and resurrect White Chain even though that's not how anything works.
