    pretty much what the title says. three votes an option and the hundred people to view it since haven't broken the tie so it's likely not going to happen.

    Should I just flip a coin or what?

    Also is there a specific board here for questions or are they meant to go here?

    General is serviceable for questions.

    And you can do basically whatever to break it. Tossing a coin is perfectly fine, you can ask the thread to break the tie (Though this may also take a small while), or whatever you feel is appropriate.
