Forgotten Password and Hotmail Email, How to Change Password While Signed in?

    I've forgotten my password but my computer is signed in still, but I can't change my password or email from my profile without my password, and my email is hotmail and isn't receiving mail from Questionable Questing. Is there anyway to fix this?
