something interesting to note here, the Angel of Death constructed the underworld after the fall as they did not know where Human souls endet up after dying and they feared that they would be lost forever.

 

Remember, the Fallen World is a reflection of the Supernal, and vice versa. As above, so below; just as the Exarchs rule over the Supernal, so too does the God-Machine rule over the Fallen World. And just as the Exarchs usurped control over the Supernal, so too there is no evidence that the God-Machine created the world, merely that it rules over it.

 

Eh, I must admit that a Halaku who fought on the frontlines is much more appealing to me than one of the Halaku who abandoned the war effort to build the Underworld. The angelic host is much more interesting when members of all the houses are interacting with one another.

Given that Exalted is the prehistory of the oWoD, I think the Neverborn would disagree there.

Exept that we have people that remember building it. And Demon and Exalted 1st edition don`t mix up to well especialy as we learn who the imbued, which people thing are the solar exalted are created. But then you could also answer how the Dragonbloded became a species of wraiths that Exalt after dying. You can mix up either one and it messes with the remaining parts of the world of darkness but not both.
