    30% bonus to one of the contracts they get, more in depth Company knowledge, and sometimes depending on the 10 year work contract used an early start one magic systems to set up the builds that help in Boot.

    They get the 30%, more experience (which *might* come with an opportunity for various upgrades) and a second, generally lesser catalog. That last one can be pretty important, especially if you can leverage the synergies between them.

    Steve is not the best at leveraging synergies.

    The closest thing I ever found was donating some money to Laughter. Cherico usually spends $40 a month on that story, so getting a chapter funded quicker is as close as I've gotten to giving him money.

    If you are talking about all the stuff about recruitment, agents and Class/Company lore. He made it up, with help from a few other authors. I assume he is using the Slut Life name because it is a good name and the OG CYOA clamed to let you pick other CYOAs after you did a contract as talent.

    I am not aware of any connection between the Slut Life CYOA and the "Company Verse". Beyond the poaching of ideas.
