Hey, thanks for the heads up and putting in the report. It does look like at least the first couple chapters are heavily ripped from my work. More than just "inspiration" as they say in their notes at the start. If it was just similar and not straight rips,..or even if they linked my work, I wouldn't mind so much.

Examples of sufficient evidence could include links to where the original creator said they have not given permission for anyone to reproduce their work, or some other proof that the user you reported did not receive permission to adapt the work.
