If you are talking about the Waifu Catalogue? Then yes.
Pray is literally the series overarching Plot Point for Anne Meyer who is also the MC for the most part.
She might not be the 'Big Bad' of Humanity considering everything Pray has done for them (Even if she still did a lot against them.), but was still an exceptionally important character in their war against the Beasts.

It would simply be epic to see its horror represented in other universes as a form of cosmic horror. If you think about it, she can copy any DNA she has come into contact with; if she weren't so antisocial, she'd essentially be a "Noelle on steroids"—and much more intelligent, to boot. That said, I think *Knight Run* would be best represented in a multicross fanfiction.

I have seen some fics use aspects of Knight Run (mostly the Beasts) alongside other similar franchises, like Muv-Luv and even Date a Live. So you aren't alone in your thoughts there.
Personally, if I ever wrote such a fic, I would have to tone down the depression. XD

So, how about Anne Meyer or Sion bringing peace and common sense to the *Boys* universe, the *Worm* universe, the *Invincible* universe, or the world of *Injustice*? Or the *Cyberpunk* universe?

I don't really know why there isn't any focused Knight Run fanfics. I mean, I have seen concepts from it, even names I recall from it, used in other fics. Usually multicross mecha ones like I mentioned, but never Knight Run in its entirety or even as the focus. Which I agree is just sad.

Anne Meyer would fit nicely in the 'Boys' as someone who would rebel against Vogue. While the world isn't in danger of destruction, the bullshit that Vogue and its chosen are doing would piss her off like nobodies business after coming from the situation she did. She might end up starting up her own rebel group here.

The 'Invincible' universe would be a more difficult fit for her as she wouldn't really feel needed to do anything there. The world isn't in true danger (At least until later, and that wasn't revealed to the public. So she wouldn't know.), and while fractured, Humanity is relatively at peace and doesn't need another warrior. So she would do what she wanted to do since forever, and retire peacefully.

'Injustice' would be similar to 'Boys' in how Anne would react. Though far more cautiously. The threats here are much greater.
'Cyberpunk' would leave her horrified. It would mess with her and make her wonder if this is what would have happened to her own world if the Beasts hadn't invaded, as there are several similarities to each other at certain points in her world's history.
