    Yeah, it's one of the few realistic strangling scenes I've seen. Most have go limp = dead, with no voiding, whereas in reality and here it has to be continued for several additional minutes beyond unconsciousness and voiding nearly always occurs due to air hunger and direct nerve stimulation.
