For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

Huh, I think that's the first time I've actually seen someone anywhere other than TVTropes acknowledge that Misfile exists. For all that it's been around for a decade and a half it's weird how little traction it has.
It certainly is, but on the other hand, I remember plot progression being glacial, but that might have changed since I stopped reading it nearly a decade ago. And on the other hand, it came out at a time when webcomics were THE thing to do, so there was an overwhelming amount of choices to read, and culturally it was more niche.
