    I assume so. Bit hard to tell as Portland is enough bigger you would see people come down anyway.

    Though Vancouver keeps voting down a max line, worried about the homeless using it, I think.

    I mean I'm vaguely against sales tax because it hits the non wealthy harder, but a small one gives a way for the government to subsidize things easily too, (by excepting them from the tax).
