    Akun is a questing site that has a live chat and updating feature. It spun off of /tg/, so it has a very different feeling to this forum that spun off SB/SV (although it shares the 'lewd is allowed' element).

    Fiction.live is the attempt to rebrand it to a wider audience that failed so miserably even those people who might prefer the name and its lack of certain connotations just call it Akun. It's like the time Prince tried to rename himself a symbol.

    I mostly got into it by accident. Click around tags that interest you, check out stories, hope you get lucky. I found one story that interested me and the rest fell in from there.

    But, it's the same way here, too. I still don't really understand the local culture...no matter where I go, I never quite feel at home.
