    Webnovel has some kind of DMCA mail. I was considering to writing them email and asking about this situation, but I preferred asking you first, because it would be bad if you gave that guy an ok to publish your novel on Webnovel and I messed something up.

    There isn't much that you can do, at most write an email to them.
