Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

Wow! My ma's been freaking out about her blood sugar level these past few years. It was 6.5 or something? She reeeally didn't want to take medication, so she cut down on rice per meal and even avoided fruit. lol. It's now <6.
Praise fuck, diabeetus is no joke. I'd recommend a keto diet if you have (like me) 20+ pounds to lose, the super low glycemic index foods dropped my dad's A1Cs from 10ish to 4ish, he was an insulin dependent diabetic and was able to go back to just meds instead.
