    That is odd. I click on it and I get a cluster of results from Google Maps for places that include "Central" and/or "Canad*" in their names around Lake Ontario, e.g.: "Central Canadian Glass Ltd." Zooming out, I get more.

    Google does respond differently to the same search string depending on your search history and location. It's possible that it was prioritsing results from the USA? I don't know whether there's anything on Point Roberts that would fit that search term, but that's the first thing that comes to mind.

    While I wanted to specify my location pretty broadly, Central Canada usually means Ontario and Quebec. I certainly wasn't thinking of anywhere so far away as Point Roberts.

    Heh. I find it's most amusing to give a location so obtuse that Google Maps automatically assumes you're looking for some business close to your location, and shows the nearest place that /kinda/ fits.

    Like how my given location leads me to the Olympic National Park's rainforest.
