    The many characters and their presentation from the get go, which is not common in the stories I find here; the world always being interesting, and probably most of all, the rise of the protagonist from the crap they experienced making me endlessly curious to read what happens next. Last but not least, the right amount of smut to always be interesting and make me want more.
