Hello, I wanted a clarification on the Necro rule, is the month a strict 30/31 days or does replying to a thread that hasn't been replied to in 24 days count as necroing? I may have done so if the latter counts which I apologize in advance.

Hello, it's now been about half a year since I originally made my account so I don't remember how I messed up, if I simply forgot to confirm or pressed something wrong, but I never got my account confirmed. Can you simply send another confirmation email or what do I need to do?
