    i can see any potential new medicine/equipment perhaps reducing the kolta/bacta uses in the lower 40% (minor) of injuries therefore saving kolta/bacta for more serious issues. maybe down the line finding a equal replacement for bacta? but would the production catch up to demands? or cost?

    That's still kind of tricky because you'd either need to do the job yourself or hire people to try to murder someone that they likely believe is divine. That's like trying to pay someone to damn their immortal soul for some lint. Who would take that job?
