    No, that's exactly what I was talking about. I was saying the improvements he could offer would be deadends because the universe runs on magic that allows them to everything better. I was saying the minions scale along side the big bads, not to the big bads levels.

    Reanimating a body doesn't restore its Star Seed, and that's whats needed to use the Silver Crystal. Sailor Saturn was supposed to have wiped out all traces of the Moon Kingdom outside of the Moon Palace.
