    That's not what happened. Pluto died in the Silver Millennium and was reborn along side the rest of the Sailor Scouts. That's the Meioh Setsuna the team encountered after Pluto's "death". The Pluto that died was the one from Silver Tokyo which had encountered and befriended Chibi-Usagi.
