Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
No it is not fixed. It's a slightly different gray than the dark mode background.
Edit: I realize that sounds rude for my first comment. It came out a lot more abrupt than intended. Absolutely love the story so far, by the way. Everything so far has kept what I liked about Archie Sonic stuff...
The main problem is that AI is mostly trained on online posts. Which are meant to evoke emotion and response in a short period of time... and are plaigiarized off of each other repeatedly or use the same format like a meme.
And that's before it gets fed content that someone generated with AI...
I don't think Ozpin realized how counterproductive his "help" was for his plan.
He was already preferring the boring explanation.
It's like that phrase: "Never interrupt your enemy while they're making a mistake."
Having to mention it just made him suspicious.
This is extremely entertaining, thank you.
There are a few AI-isms that resulted in some repeated phrases too soon - "that's the most honest ____" was the one that stuck out the hardest.
This doesn't feel like it was all written by AI or anything. And it's still good. It could also be a human...
This is great so far. People feel more realistic, while also feeling quite a lot like Harry Potter.
I don't know if you're going to do romance, but I don't even care, because your writing's good enough to read just for that.
Yeah, Harry Potter magic is so soft, and many times inconsistent, and definitely malleable enough for characters to "modify" based on emotions and intent.
I also don't know the level of experience you have, and I've read way too many fanfiction authors who don't know basic stuff, or think fan...
That is totally fine. Seriously, I don't care about fanfics doing things that aren't canon. It was purely informational.
I also don't blame you for assuming that was a complaint. This is the internet.
Small nitpick - despite it being very common in fan works, the Summoning Charm only works on inanimate objects. Finding living things is generally harder.
Unless you're an owl or a House Elf.
Yeah, instantly thought of it, then decided shortly after that you probably did too, but nixed it for balance reasons. While by the letter of the text it works, it goes against the spirit of the ability's natural limitations. It's meant to be a spying ability that lets magic through the...
Yeah... I really hate that most people no longer see interrupting people as horribly rude like they used to. I thought it was annoying to wait when I was a kid, but it now seems that everyone has the maturity of kid me. Which is "part of what you said sounds wrong, and must be corrected...
It begins...
Or maybe I should say "continues", because I'm not sure you can actually double the chaos, only spread it.
Of course, I'd love to be proven wrong.
