  • QQ will have forum downtime on October 21, starting at 10:00 AM Eastern time, for software updates.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

The first time a yellow ring finds its way to Batman, it rejects him due to sensing green energy in his body. Otherwise he was a straight-up superior choice to Jonathan Crane.

He means 'the person I contacted in order to get it', not that Sinestro literally made it himself.

Ah. I guess I might actually give Jonathan Crane a yellow ring after all. I hadn't thought of that until I read your post.

They had seeresses who were also not merely telepaths but astrotelepaths. But the one regular centauri telepath we see didn't appear able to see the future.

Centauri can. Remember Londo talking about having a vision of his own death?

Yea, and then Delenn's going to say that Narvethk's location is a matter for the Minbari government, and that's that. They might start to suspect that Mr. Underwood is a Minbari intelligence asset, but that's about it.

Thank you, corrected. Babylon 5 telepaths can't see the future. How do you think the na'ka'leen feeder managed, then?

21st April 2258 19:28 G.M.T. I smile as people duck into side corridors rather than come too close to the 'vorlon' in front of me. "I can barely see where I'm going." "Just bear with it." Because vorlon-style encounter suits aren't hard to make, and absolutely no one is going to stop a...

Did anyone read Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps? I'm trying to remember the name of a Sinestro Corpsman who, upon hearing a Green Lantern call them a bunch of murderers and criminals, claims that he's never committed a crime in his life. I've been trying to find the page that I saw him...

Firstly, the Reach can't actually move an entire fleet across the galaxy that easily. They're on the other side of the galaxy. Lantern faster than light travel can be very fast, but you'll not that the SI still usually steps out when he needs to visit Maltus? It would take far longer for the...

Thank you, corrected. If a poster posts in a forum, and no one reads it, did they really post at all? Thank you, corrected. Sulphur. Inquiry. Trousers. Thank you, corrected. I remember that when I first saw it, I saw him as a failed ascension who genuinely died because Psi Corps' reach...

Thank you, corrected. Planetary shields do indeed exist, but they require a lot of infrastructure that Earth doesn't have, and... It would be like building a force field which blocked ultraviolet light in a country that was undergoing a famine. It's not that it's not useful, it's that you've...

The SI shrugged off the Anti-Life, and could easily have dropped anti-matter on Washington at a time when he knew that Mannheim was in residence. That would have dealt with the problem immediately, wouldn't it? The SI does not know what resources Sinestro has at his disposal, or who he could...
