QQ will shortly be reconfiguring its site domains. You may need to log in again. See here for details.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
@Shadowwarp, where exactly do you get that idea? What is now called Legends was previously known as the Expanded Universe. The only part of the Expanded Universe that was in-universe treated as a legend was the original Marvel/Star Wars comic series. Many species were treated as legends, such as...
No, Piett was the admiral who went jumping into the executor's command pit with an A-wing flying through the bridge after he said, "Bridge shields double front" General Veers would then reply, "Too late"
@Aeroeng, to my knowledge, that is a load of crap; the clones were "just" incredibly well trained to the point that a "basic shiny" clone would be as well trained as Earth's special forces, with the grand army's special units being even better
almost losing his "favourite" General may do the job, of course, it may just cause Vader to go right royal rampage through the Imperial Army, in which case a lot of the Army's dead wood will no longer be army officers
@Starseeker That was why I was focusing on General Veers, who, one way or another, would probably know about things like the LECA or the stormwalker as an Imperial Army officer who, at least in legends, was the one who came up with the idea of the AT-AT for use on the world of Jabiim, he then...
@Starseeker, reread my comment. I'm saying that if he survives getting shot at by the rebels, I think he or Vader will be heading back to Myto for the stormwalker and other sector-specific pieces of equipment, like the LECA, not that they have them at this time
If somehow General Veers is still alive after Hoth, I suspect that he will be borrowing the Storm Walker to support the AT-ATs; heck, I wouldn't be surprised if Vader does that anyway
About the only reason Vader may use Las's power armour design is that it catches his interest, so he decides that he is the best test subject, which is both perfectly possible and actually pretty likely
I'll point out that in the legend's timeline, it was the proton weapons that were the dangerous ones, 33% of all Torpedos, bombs and rockets wouldn't pass final inspection, and something like 10 to 15% of proton weapons would destabilise in the launch units. The concussion weapons were almost...
