Tarble, second son of Planet Vegeta's royal family, is banished for being weak. After inadvertently altering his pod's original course, he ends up landing on Planet Equis 19 years prior the 1000th Summer Sun Celebration. Whereas his father discarded him, Celestia was there to adopt him.

Planet Vegeta: Palace, Age 733
The sun was starting to set as the Saiyans currently on the planet gathered outside the palace. King Vegeta stepped onto the balcony, seeing his people cheer. As he began to address them through a small amplifier attached to the collar of his armor, they went quiet.

"My subjects!" King Vegeta began. "I come bearing news of the utmost importance to the kingdom." He paused for a moment. "My wife has given birth to my second son."

At this, the crowd erupted into cheers.

"Yes, yes, it is a time to rejoice!" King Vegeta held up a hand to silence them. "Per tradition, he will be placed into an artificial incubation unit to ensure proper development over the next three years. Until he is released, I insist he not be seen by anyone other than my trusted personnel.

Even though it will be years before I can properly introduce him to you all, I ask you join me now in welcoming Prince Tarble to the world. May he serve his kingdom with distinction for many long years, and come to be an example all Saiyans can follow!"

King Vegeta raised his arm in a triumphant gesture as the crowd cheered. He then gave a stilted smile in response to the public's enthusiasm before turning around and pushing past the curtains of his balcony.

Throne Room
One of his royal scientists was waiting for him, knowing he expected a report.

King Vegeta turned off his amplifier. "Any signs of rejection?"

"No, my lord." The scientist shook her head. "Prince Tarble was placed into an incubation unit… nearly two minutes ago now." She glanced at her electronic pad. "No problems reported."

King Vegeta nodded, satisfied. "Make sure it stays that way."

There was then silent for a good, long moment without the scientist taking her leave.

"What more is there to report?" King Vegeta asked.

"The queen isn't faring well." The scientist replied. "Since Prince Tarble was born, her breathing has grown labored, she's sweating profusely, and her skin is unnaturally pale."

"Monitor her as well as my son every second." King Vegeta ordered. "I want guards on them both in two hour shifts for all 28 hours of the day, and I expect daily reports on their conditions rolled into my daily briefings. Am I understood?"

"Of course, my lord." The scientist voiced. "I'll have everything arranged shortly."

Once she left the room, the king found himself worrying over his wife's condition and what kind of man his second son would turn out to be. He then snorted sardonically to himself.

"My wife is stronger than to succumb to what ails her." King Vegeta thought. "Even if Tarble turns into a disobedient brat like his brother, he'll at least make for a fine Saiyan who'll be a credit to our bloodline."

The king failed to consider the possibility he could be proven wrong.

Royal Incubator Room: Age 736
"What did you say!?"

The scientist shrunk slightly when faced with the king's imposing figure. "I-I simply stated, uh, your son's power level is, uh…"

King Vegeta grabbed the woman by the scruff of her coat and lifted her to eye level. "You told me from day one the incubation unit was functioning properly!"

"I-it has been!" The scientist replied, scared out of her mind. "Your son is properly developed in every respect! In fact, his psychological profile shows he is slightly more intelligent than the average Saiyan! T-this isn't a mechanical error! Your son is just…"

King Vegeta pulled the woman closer until her face was inches from his own. "Do not finish that sentence if you value your life."

The king's barely contained fury had the scientist frantically nodding before she was thrown to the ground. She wasted no time in getting to her feet and fleeing the room. King Vegeta stood there, breathing heavily before suddenly screaming in rage.

He then fired a ki blast, tearing apart some of the hospital beds before it blew a hole in the far off wall. The king's only consolation in this moment was the fact his people knew better than to come check on him after blowing off steam like that.

"Fifty. Fifty! FIFTY!" King Vegeta roared.

He would be hard pressed to find a litter of peasants with power levels low as that.

"With a psychological evaluation like his, Tarble could never take on any other important role." King Vegeta was pacing. "'Polite,' 'calm,' 'friendly!' Advisor or military tactician, off the table. My son, the second heir to the throne, weak in every sense of the word!"

The king stared at the incubation unit for several moments of silence.

"My scientists must be wrong." King Vegeta thought. "Either they weren't thorough, or Tarble is merely a late bloomer. If I push him, he'll be as strong as his older brother."

Couple Months Later…
Tarble was meant to be fighting a singular Saibaman; however, the reality was him getting absolutely thrashed while King Vegeta and that scientist from before watched on. Every time the young Saiyan was brought down, his father would bark the same order.

"Stand up!"

Tarble did as he was told every time, though taking longer to rise to the point it wasn't uncommon for his father to bark those two words at him multiple times over. If that wasn't enough to displease the king, the way his second son huffed and puffed pathetically was.

King Vegeta looked to the scientist. "His power level, now!"

"It's 100, projected to reach 200 after healing from this." The scientist responded.

King Vegeta sneered before looking towards the battle. The sight that greeted him had the king sighing as the Saibaman held Tarble up by his hair. Before the creature could finish the prince off, King Vegeta dashed across the room and kicked with force enough to destroy it.

Tarble, sniveling and teary eyed, managed to smile gratefully at his father.

Before he could thank him, King Vegeta grabbed his son by the throat. "I can't believe my own flesh and blood is weak enough that even a measly Saibaman can knock him around. You are nothing like your brother. If you were not my son, I would end you here and now."

"F-father, please just one more…" Tarble managed.

"SILENCE!" King Vegeta roared, tightening his hold to prevent him from speaking. "Consider yourself lucky, for I am showing mercy by banishing you to a far off planet. The attack ball I provide you will even imprint what you need to know before arrival.

I will take care in having my scientists implant some knowledge of your people. You should not mistake these gifts as anything more than what you will part with. I am sending you away, so you no longer disgrace my bloodline."

King Vegeta then dropped Tarble before walking away. Even though he knew it would displease his father, The younger Saiyan could only collapse in on himself and cry while he worked to collect his breath.

Planet Vegeta: Few Days Later…
Saiyans were preparing the attack ball for the soon to be banished prince by placing a suit of battle armor, a scouter with all communication and tracking removed, and a small amount of food. Tarble stood next to his father who looked at his people with a blank expression.

When they were done, King Vegeta spoke. "Leave us." They left with haste before the king turned to the banished prince. "You'll leave, immediately."

"F-father…" Tarble tried.

"GO!" King Vegeta yelled.

Tarble quickly scurried over to his attack ball, getting in. The door shut behind him before starting to lift off. King Vegeta and Tarble stared at one another until they could no longer see one another. King Vegeta ended up lowering his head, an unreadable expression on his face.

Space
As the attack ball began to fly away from Planet Vegeta, Tarble started to cry and throw a tantrum. As the banished prince thrashed about, he invertedly pushed various buttons. By the time the attack ball put him to sleep, it was on a different course than had been intended.

Planet Equis: Canterlot, Age 736; Celestial Year 1981
Princess Celestia could not get to sleep after raising the moon, so she ended up taking a walk through her castle only to end up stepping out into the royal garden. Once outside, she couldn't help herself from looking to the moon.

"Nearly 1000 years now." A look of guilt and sadness crossed her face upon seeing the craters which formed what looked like the silhouette of a unicorn mare. "I still can't rest easy knowing you're gone because of my ignorance and hubris, Sister."

Her thoughts were interrupted by a massive fireball coming from the sky. Celestia had to wonder if this was a sign given her thoughts had been on her sister. It seemed unlikely, though this thought did have the princess flying towards the falling object regardless.

Once she was within range, Celestia utilized her magic to stop the fireball. "This object looks metallic, meaning it is no ordinary piece of debris."

"Princess!"

Celestia looked down to the garden where she spotted an Earth pony stallion with an earth brown coat and steel grey mane. His cutie mark was of a black shield. He wore steel grey armor with red trim alongside a matching head piece which denoted him as captain of the royal guard.

"Captain Leather, rouse the guard and have them form a wide perimeter around the nearest lake just outside of Canterlot!" Celestia commanded.

Leather saluted. "Ma'am!"

As he rushed off to fulfill that order, Celestia flew the metallic object to that lake. Removing this from Canterlot was a precaution should whatever is inside prove dangerous to her ponies.

Equestria
Celestia descended before submerging the metallic object. When she brought it out, the princess could now see it was a round, metal sphere. While most of it shrouded what was within, there was red tinted glass allowing Celestia to see what looked like a young, bipedal creature asleep.

He had spiky black hair and wore clothing suggesting he was a fighter. Though, that seemed to be a ridiculous notion given how young this creature appeared. The idea someone would use the young in combat was enough for the princess to have the intention of opening the sphere.

Upon setting it down on the ground, the sphere emitted a hiss as a cloud of steam burst forth and the front rose. Suddenly, Tarble found himself awake yet unable to move beyond taking panicked breathes. The banished prince recognized this couldn't be where he was meant to land.

"How much more does the gravity have to be on whatever planet this is to squish me?" All Tarble could see from his current position, his body pushed into the chair forcing him to look up, was a night sky full of stars. "If I'm unable move, I won't last long."

He'd die from being unable to acquire resources, meeting his end to whatever potentially dangerous creatures inhabited this planet, and/or facing nature itself with no real protection. Saiyan bodies might be perfect for any planet, but that didn't account for an inability to move.

Suddenly, Tarble found himself wrapped by a golden aura. The crushing weight all over his body eased up to the point he could actually step out of the attack ball. What he found was the golden aura seemingly coming from what looked like some sort of white animal.

Her horn glowed the same color as the aura, which now faded around him. She also had a pair of large wings with an ethereal looking mane that was blue, green, and pink. Tarble's eyes then widened upon seeing symbols of royalty adorning her.

Just as Celestia was about to speak, Tarble suddenly got down on one knee and bowed his head. "T-Thank you for whatever it is you did that has allowed me to move."

Celestia could infer this was how this creature's people must address their royalty. "Please, stand." Tarble did as he was told. "What I have done is cast a spell, temporary for the time being, that has eased the gravity you appear unused to."

"That's not something anything on Tech-Tech should be capable of." Tarble voiced, frankly.

Celestia cocked her head. "Excuse me?"

Tarble looked around, noting they appeared to be in a lush clearing while a city attached to a mountain was visible in the distance. "Where am I?"

"You're in Equestria, just outside the city of Canterlot." Celestia answered, given this creature seemed docile and willing to talk. "I saw your arrival, your sphere seemingly meant to impact with the city before I intervened."

For all the information Tarble had been imprinted with, he was drawing a blank on any planet with some place called Equestria. "Does a lack of information mean this planet is unknown to the Saiyans and Frieza Force, or was it merely because I was meant to land on Tech-Tech?"

"I must say, you appear to be rather young." Celestia continued. "Why are you alone? Where are your parents?"

Tarble considered how to respond. From what he could see, this planet didn't appear to have space travel. Thus, they likely had no knowledge of alien cultures. Announcing he was an alien might cause distress, so the banished prince decided to err on the side of caution.

"It's just my father, who is far away." Upon thinking of him, Tarble teared up as his mind was flooded with bad memories. "He…didn't want me anymore."

Tarble sniffled as being thrashed by that Saibaman had merely been his father's last straw. Seeing a child in this state brought forth the princess' motherly instincts, cultivated over her centuries as princess to her ponies. She trotted over to his side and wrapped him with her wing.

"Hey, hey, it's okay." Celestia soothed. "You're safe here. He can't mistreat you anymore."

Tarble nodded, aware of that much. Given his current status, no one would come looking for him. Even if by some stretch of the imagination they wanted to ensure he was on Tech-Tech, that's not where the banished prince had ended up.

As Tarble calmed down, he began to realize keeping up the illusion of what he was wouldn't work long term. He still might have tried regardless, had she not just comforted him in ways he only ever hoped his father would have.

"My father, he's on a planet called Vegeta." Tarble voiced.

This drew Celestia's attention before the banished prince took a deep breath and began to explain his origins. He even answered any questions the princess had, to the best of his ability. During this time, upon realizing they hadn't introduced themselves, the two shared their names.

By the end of it, Celestia was genuinely confounded. "This is a lot to take in."

The banished prince nodded in understanding while the princess thought over his predicament. Even though Tarble's prior planet didn't sound like a good place for the young, it didn't mean being banished hadn't left its mark on him.

"Considering everything you've told me about what it should mean to be a 'Saiyan,' you don't seem inclined to be like that." Celestia pointed out.

"Part of me did like to fight, just not everything that came with it." Tarble voiced.

"It seems what you're really looking for is food, safety, and a home with a family that cares. Being with those who won't diminish your worth, or make you feel less worthy of love." Celestia reasoned.

Tarble nodded, though his expression was uncertain. "What is she trying to get at?"

"Look, I know this is sudden given you just landed." Celestia voiced. "Of course, you have every right to refuse. Provided you're willing, you could be part of my family."

Tarble could understood what Celestia was saying, though he was still confused given concepts like this didn't really exist on Planet Vegeta. "What do you mean, exactly?"

"I would like to adopt you as my son, provided that's okay with you." Celestia replied.

"'Adopt?'" Tarble questioned.

"I can't speak for every culture on Equis, but here in Equestria when a foal is left without their parents, some ponies who want to have a child might offer to assume custody. Ideally, this makes them family in every way but blood."

The princess could have offered to take him to an orphanage, but she ruled it out. For all the good one could find in her ponies, there were issues when it came to those from elsewhere. It was to the point Tarble could be bullied or rejected, which he did not need given his past.

Tarble slowly nodded in understanding. "So, you would be my mommy?"

Celestia couldn't deny her heart swelling at such a title, though she could reason it was something said in relation to her explanation. "That is something you could call me, only should you want to. My name would be fine if that is what you would prefer."

Tarble had hoped his father cared for him, even as he knew it wasn't going to happen. Here was Celestia who, even after only knowing him for a couple of hours and learning of his origins, was willing to devote herself to his welfare.

Tarble smiled. "I would like to be adopted, Celestia."

He then hugged the princess, which she returned. "Welcome to Equestria, Tarble."

Power Levels:
Tarble-
  • Born: 50
  • Training: 100
  • Banishment: 200
On Equis-
Celestia;Night: 25,000
Leather Shield: 3,750
Tarble;5% of Banishment: 10

Allow me to explain power levels, in how they'll work with this story:
1. I'm aiming to make a story that doesn't outright have DBZ as the absolute strongest to the point it takes forever for MLP to catch/keep up. If you're looking for that story, there are plenty like it on this website.

2. Equis is 100 times the gravity of Earth, as well as other planets like it. This also makes it 10 times the gravity of King Kai's planet and Planet Vegeta, which are 10 times the gravity of Earth and other planets like it.

I would like to remind all of you that Planet Vegeta, while not having the highest population, was a fairly big planet. That is because a planet's gravity is determined by density and size. So, Equis is just a large enough planet with an absurd level of density.

If you want to know why it is like this, take it up with Shin or somehow find his predecessors within Buu to ask them. Bottom line, Equis is an absurdly dense planet to the point it is one hundred times the gravity of Earth and other planets like it.

3. Due to the magic of the planet itself, anyone who comes near Equis is restricted to 5% of what their power level would be anywhere else. We've seen plenty of times in DBZ where magic is used to increase power levels.

Within supplementary material, magic has also been shown to decrease power levels with a notable example that comes to mind being your character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 who is reduced back to level one at a certain point in the game.

Power Level Examples:
Leather Shield: 3,750(On Equis)
You take 3,750 and divide it by 5%; his power level anywhere else would be 75,000
Princess Celestia;Night: 25,000(On Equis)
You take 25,000 and divide it by 5%, her power level anywhere else would be 500,000
Full Power Frieza: 120,000,000(Anywhere Else)
If Frieza gets close to Equis, you multiply his power level by 5%; which gives you 6,000,000

Why am I doing this? Mostly to keep power levels semi manageable, coupled with making it believable Equis is hardier. I will also say Celestia's full power pretty much puts her currently between second and third form Frieza.
