    During the age of Human Pre-Civilization, a being called the Rabbit Goddess came. She was drawn to the ancient God Tree and it's power. Under her guidance, the early Human Psykers known as shaman helped to lead Humanity unto civilization. However these shaman foresaw the rise of Chaos, known to them as Jashin. Collaborating with the goddess, the shaman did a mass ritual suicide and created the soul of the New Man. Taking in that soul, the goddess gave birth to the New Man. The process alongside the power of the God Tree started to drive the Rabbit Goddess to madness. The New Man ultimately sealed his mother away in the moon. After that, he vanished to the back ground until the Age of Strife when he takes up the mantle of Sage-Emperor.

    Sage-Emp creates Imperium of Mankind. Outlaws Warp Sciences and uses instead creates Chakra Techniques. Creates his Sons and loses them. Creates the Space Marines and sets out to reunite Humanity/find his Sons.

    Sage-Emperor is the gestalt of God-Emperor of Mankind and Sage of Six Paths. This is a fusion of Warhammer 40K and Naruto.

    Canon Primarchs and Great Crusade.

    Chakra is harder for Chaos to corrupt by Nature. Space Marines are Chakra Users. Other Chakra users are Chakra Knights of the Imperial Army, Neo-Navigators of the Imperial Fleets and Chakratech-Fabricator of the Machine Cult.

    Now what would happen next?

    Would the Horus Heresy still happen? Canon Age of Imperium? What would the 41st Millenium be like? What would be Naruto's group like?
