Characters that walk the age line?

So, I was planning on writing a short story about some anime characters, and you know how they can be. I couldn't find it in the threads list.

Can I lewd characters who are numerically underage even if they look plausibly older?

Characters that come to mind: Darkness from Konosuba, Momo from MHA, Giorno Giovanni from Jojo.

I am not here to plead that I am into them because they are underage, I am here because I genuinely like these characters and would like to post about them and not get nuked by their stories miraculously taking place when they're underage.

Example: Momo breasted boobily
My anti-example: Momo's underage body was well developed

If an amendment to their stories is required to age them up, I am 100% ok with that! Again, I just want to know how touchy the character age rules may be.

If I'm being too cautious or whatever, just laugh me off in good spirits knowing I am trying not to be a problem.

If all of this is too much yapping, I'll draw it short!
The Short: I want to write an MHA Konosuba crossover and I want boobs to bounce and perverts to perv and so on yet I am scared that the character's being officially underage is going to get me the hat of punishment. If they are needed to be aged up, I can do that. If aging them up doesn't free me from that, then I won't post it.

In these matters, I personally follow the Ukrainian criminal code, which states that women under the age of consent are legally incapable of giving consent, so any sex with them is rape.
The only exception is if the woman's real age was unknown to the man.
Otherwise, it's rape without any nuance or nuance. Although I personally don't see a problem with writing stories about younger characters and situations where a man thinks he's dating an older woman, only to discover she only looks older.
As long as these are just fantasy stories, it's not a problem.
Although aging a character for the sake of pretending it's legal is silly, as it feels like a cheap excuse, since often this "aging" doesn't mean anything other than a change in age.

Yes. You can also lewd characters who don't look older. We don't really care about what you do with fictional characters, and them having a younger age doesn't make us more protective of non-existent people.

Oh, you're talking about qq?
Then the answer is simple. The only restriction is that promoting anything as a real thing is prohibited.
Essentially, you can write an evil character who commits the most vile deeds, and no one will block you as long as you don't start promoting this character's actions as ideas that should be applicable to the real world.
