Clicking on the link in an embedded quote does not actually go to the post in question

    This oddly stopped working for me a few days ago. I click on the link (arrow pointing upwards) that is found in a quotebox, and it doesn't actually go to the original post for some reason

    This broke for me some time ago.

    Specifically, it is broken only for quotes on the same page.

    I am using Chrome, if that matter.

    But it seems to be on all Xenoforo sites, not just QQ.

    Does SB use xenoforo? because it works there...
    Oh yes. also using chrome...
    actually just tested it in firefox and it works there.

    Huh, it does work on SB. And AH. I don't know why I thought it was all xenoforo sites.

    Question, if you right click the arrow to open in new tab, does it work properly? Because it does for me.

    Yes, right click and "open in new tab" works for me too.

    incidentally, in firefox it only seem to jump to the post in question if it is not already visible on the screen. I think there might be a problem with whatever script is responsible for trying to figure out if it is visible or not

    I believe this has been mentioned before. Seems to be a browser issue; nothing's changed on QQ's end.
