  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

DIETING! (Updates posted on Sunday morning.)

Popcorn is something I am not measuring things right.
Wouldn't recommend popcorn before you have a good grasp over losing weight. Easy to eat too much and hard to account for butter and oil.

If you want a snack I would recommend something like Aeroplane Jelly Lite, though use 10-20% less water than they recommend that way you have stronger flavour.

If you want something sweet try beetroot, it's low calories and very sweat. You can boil it then dice and mix with corn (from a can or frozen), and if you want some carrots or nuts.

Sauces can really get you without noticing. One time I had some fish and the sauce had more calories than the fried fish.

If you are like me and just love your sauce, you can stick to low sugar ketchup, or mix it with a bit of mayonnaise.

Yeah. Same with Jerky. Oh, the cals say one thing, but the salt, and the fact that it rehydrates inside you to be digested... really messes with the scale.

Pringles and simmilar are actually good for me because all the chips are uniform, and they just list an amount as a server size. Generally 14 chips.

Oatmeal cups are quickly becoming a favorite snack because they fill me up. 1 cup is only 180 cals, but I don't feel hungry after eating one.

But no, I think I just got lazy about it last week. I let things slip in favor of cravings.
