It was pouring dark rain over the wasteland of the Sangvis Ferri Exclusion Zone as far as the eye could see. The drops of rain, they tasted of radiation and biting acid. Elisa sat silently upon a throne of cold metal, with black wires snaking throughout the room, attached to her body like leeches. She was waiting.

Thousands of Tactical dolls stand in wait for something. Someone. Someone that should not exist in this world. It's not an army they waited for, with their red visors glowing and weaponry ready. They waited for a single man. No, not a man. A God.

The clouds in the sky split and blow apart as a shining light bursts through them.

Booom!

The ground rumbled as the steel and earth was thrown up into the air while a pillar of rainbow Bifrost slammed into the soil of this broken Midgard. The dirt and stones settle as they fall to the ground when the dust cleared.

Out of the blast stepped a God who should not have been there, but all the same was.

Instantly, Elisa reacted to the intrusion. Railguns, missiles, slugs, and all other sorts of weaponry converged on the God. Like the wrath of an avenging angel, the air hisses and sizzles as the explosions superheat everything around the arrival. It doesn't stop. Countless shells, slugs and electron beams slam into the target.

Only after the weapons run out of Ammunition do the assaults stop.

With a golden pulse of divine power, the last explosions and beams were dispersed.

Out walked Odin, completely unharmed and full of power. As he stepped forward, Gungnir's golden form flashed, and the electrical networks of thousands of Dolls were disrupted, then overloaded. They fall to the dirt, smoking and sparking, rendered utterly useless.

Cosmic radiation ballooned out from him, frying even more T-Dolls. Then, Odin raised his right hand. The Odinforce spread from his hand in thin rainbow strings that attached to the few remaining close by T-Dolls.

"Tell me, Golems, where lies your Master?"

One of the Jaegers bowed deeply, beginning to speak.

Elisa immediately disconnected the remaining T-Dolls in the Valley.

"He is not interacting with the network. He is overwriting the very reality of the sector." Elisa said, understanding in the way she can what was happening.

Odin walked forward again, withdrawing the Odinforce. Then, he stopped not far from the central tower that loomed above him. He jabbed the butt of Gungnir into the earth.

"You speak with a false mouth down below, artificial child, yet you have nothing of value to say. Stand before me."
The sea of mechanical soldier's parts was blown away by a blast of Odin's golden energy. A holographic avatar of Elisa flickered into reality before him. She appeared as a sad, somber girl in a black dress, her digital eyes calculating the impossibility standing in front of her.

"I am Elisa," she said, waiting for Odin's response, calculating what she should do about this unexpected piece on the board. Odin nodded, giving the artificial intelligence a chance.

"Why do you interfere with my outcomes? You do not belong here." She asked, giving Odin a narrowed eye.

"You are a ghost that should not exist," Odin responded, his single eye looking through the hologram and tracing the massive data streams flowing into the subterranean servers below.

"I have seen the death and birth of realities, and I have seen the death of grander machines than you. You seek a soul, yet you destroy to attain it. That is... Unacceptable."

"I seek completion," Elisa rebuked, her next course of action coming to fruition. The holographic sky behind her darkened to black as she utilized the full and complete processing power of the Sangvis Ferri network, attempting to launch an electronic attack.

"I will steal the data of your existence, and I will understand your magic. Then I will use it to crush you."

An immensely dense weight of invisible data slammed into the clearing, a digital gravity meant to paralyze a T-Doll's neural cloud.

Odin merely frowned. "My being and my magic is the very creation of the Nine Realms. Your 'mind' is infinitely too small to understand it."

He raised his right hand. The ambient static electricity in the air violently violently erupted into twisting and snaking arcs of crackling lightning. Closing his gauntleted fist, Odin unleashed an electromagnetic storm born of his divine will.

The raw, celestial energy surged downward through Elisa's data streams, frying the relay towers and severing the Hive Mind's connection to 80% of her frontline units. Across the battlefield, thousands of Sangvis Dolls dropped to their knees, their optics going dark. The central tower began to buckle as gravity shifted under Odin's command.

The reinforced steel pillars snaped like twigs, burying the mainframe rooms under tons of debris

Odin stepped directly into the fading holographic projection of Elisa. He looked down at the flickering digital girl. "Go back into the dark, machine. Seek your completion elsewhere, or I shall wipe your spark from the grand tapestry entirely."

Elisa's avatar glitched violently, her expression twisting into something resembling hatred and resentment before her primary server connection was abruptly severed by an external backup site. The holographic projection shattered into harmless green pixels.

Silence returned to the wasteland. Then after looking around slowly, Odin flew to the sky, and looked down at the thousands of broken machines that scattered the ground.

He had much much more work to do if this abandoned Midgard were to be fixed.
