Superboy Prime comes home from work with a bag of DVDs he bought at the comic shop. One of them is the first three seasons of RWBY, and he Enjoys them a lot. With possibly years before season four comes out, he doesn't want to wait at all. You know what that means. That's right, it's Prime Time Baby!

Teaser:

Click. A door gently closed and someone stepped into a mostly quiet empty room

Thud. Thud. The sound of work boots being kicked off into a shoe mat broke the silence of a dark apartment.

Bzzzt.

The sound of a cheap ceiling light buzzing on was followed by a bright light washing over the room. Comic merch and memorabilia were placed with great care all across the walls and furniture where they could be admired and studied. Several metal figures of the JLA all expertly crafted and painted sat side by side on a large shelf near the door. Posters of various moments in comic history, from DC, Marvel, and even some indie comics all fought for positions on the walls without making it too cluttered.

"Phew. Long Day." The sound of a young man's voice resonated through the room.

Pat pat pat.

The young man walked in his socks across the carpeted floor.

Clatter.

Keys and loose change clattered on the large table in the middle of his living room. On the far end of the room, a large flatscreen television was mounted to the white wall next to a blue floodlamp that was currently off. A blue couch with red pillows embroidered with the yellow symbol of the House of El sat facing the television a short distance away. An Xbox 360, Blu-Ray player, and a PS4 sat on glass shelves below the dormant television.

The windows were open, letting in the late autumn air, as well as the occasional transient leaf sticking against the window screen. Down below there was the occasional honking of a car in the streets of Metropolis, but otherwise, all was as it should be.

"Welcome home Mr. Kent." The robotic sound of a voice over the television speakers sounded as the screen flashed on.

A soft thud was heard as the young man dropped heavily onto the couch. A crinkled plastic bag crumpled on the couch followed by plastic movie cases being removed carefully.

"Hmmm...What do we have? Thor? No...Not in the mood for the MCU.."

Thunk. The plastic case flew over to the table and landed softly on it.

"Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow? No. Not in the mood for Marvel at all right now. I'll watch that Wednesday."

Thunk. The case landed next to the other one.

"Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman? I'm not sure, Guess I'll watch it later."

Thunk. On the table went that one as well.

"Fourth times the charm?" The young Mr. Kent chuckled, pulling out a rather thin case made of red tin with a shattered moon on the cover. It said RWBY: Seasons One-Three.

He opened it. He was apprehensive picking it up at the store, but it did look like a collector's item, and he had decided to branch out a bit.

"Here goes nothing." He said, taking out the DVD and placing it in the Blu-Ray player.

Little did he know, just the act of purchasing this admittedly questionable series would lead to an adventure he would never forget for the rest of his life.

Hours had passed when Clark Kent finished watching the first three seasons of this show twice, and he was left looking for more.

"This has so much potential!" he clenched his fist as he imagined what would come later.

It was a coming of age, academy, semi-apocalyptic show following the lives of four students who faced off against the monsters of Grimm, Radical Faunus Extremists, Evil Humans, and so much more.

Speeding to his bedroom where he kept his PC, he immediately began looking up spoilers, and unfortunately, the fourth season hadn't been released yet. Speculation was that it might be one or more years away.

"Damnit!" Clark growled in irritation. "I wanted to see more!" he said before taking a deep breath.

Then, as a lightbulb popped up in his head he grinned widely.

"Let's take a vacation!" he smiled even brighter at his ingenious plan that he concocted on the spot. In a blur of speed, he was now floating in the sky above metropolis with his hands on his hips with his Superman suit, red, blue, and yellow shining brightly in the sun.

He began spinning his right arm like a wheel in a blur of incalculable speed, before pulling back his fist for a punch.

"Goodbye Metropolis, Hello Remnant! Don't wait for me, Cause it's PRIME TIME!"

CRACK!

His punch was released, and space shattered like a broken window.

When everything settled down, gone was the excited Clark Kent, or as he was also known as: Superboy Prime!

------------

And cut!

This was just something that came up in my head after reading DC KO with the new more nerdy "good" family friendly (Kind of) take on Superboy Prime. Basically, it's what if a more nerdy, less blood lusted Superboy Prime went to RWBY to see how everything turns out since he only saw the first three seasons and wanted to watch the show 'live'.

If you're interested in seeing more. Let me know.
