Welcome, creators! This isn't my story; it's ours. We have a powerful AI ready to bring our collective imagination to life, but first, we need to build our world. The first choice is yours: What Concept shall we explore?

Alright, so for the last few months, I've been heavily involved in using A.I tools to play out various fiction ideas that I've had. It's actually gone pretty well so far and then I had the realization that I was basically playing a solo Quest. So I decided to upgrade to Multiplayer!

So here's how it's going to work.

1. Consider me, OneSingleStep, the Editor and boss of the AI. It's going to be my job to try and keep everything running smoothly.
2. The Ai, under my management, will be essentially the Dungeon Master running the encounters and implementing plot hooks either it or I come up with.
3. YOU! Will all be controlling the player characters as if this was a tabletop game, or being their god and directing them.

Let me be clear, this is going to start out remarkably free form, it's AI so pretty much any setting is possible and any idea that you can convince your fellow players to go with.
(I shouldn't have to say this, but within site rules obviously)
Note: Any NSFW, I'm fine with but that's going to be cut from posting on sites where that violates the rules.

More expanded information.
1. Settings - We can either build an entire world together or place it like a fanfiction in a existing setting. Existing Settings are of course easier since the AI has likely been trained on that data and I won't have to take up AI's limited persistent memory or constantly remind it of facts about our world.

2. Powersets - The same thing applies here, the AI tools I use have DnD implemented in them so things like DnD classes are really easy to run with few issues, but if we want to build a custom class, or give them like a Green Lantern Ring or whatever we can.

3. Multiverse- Personally in my 'solo quests' I've really liked playing in both a multiverse for flexibility and for giving my character a reason to have in world spoilers. The classic trope of every fiction is a universe somewhere.

4. Self-Insert/Isekai/Reincarnation/Truck-Kun/Summoned - We can use any of these if you want to create a 'real' person that somehow ends up in a Fictional setting

5. Voting - My primary thought is basic voting system, 1 vote means 1 vote. It's also up to you guys how we rationalize the votes. Are the Voter's just the Player Character, are they a god directing the player? Up to you. I did have what I think is an interesting idea where each voter is a Die, and that represents basically intrusive thoughts. Like I'll tally up the votes per plan and roll that many dice to get a total for each plan. Then the plan with the most rolled wins even if they might not have the most voters. But up to you all!

Ideas I've personally run with in my own quests, that have gone well.
1. My most recent one had someone randomly fall into DC, and he decided to go hunt down Lucifer at Lux to petition him for power since he was otherwise just a human with Meta-Knowledge. Intended for my character to basically become a Warlock. AI went how about becoming a Minor Axiom of reality instead and it's gone beautifully.
2. Motherbox kidnapped someone from a collapsing universe to be their user.
3. DC Crisis Wiped out someone's universe and he as the last person in his universe was chosen as a green lantern before they fall into another universe.
4. Lovecraft/Wednesday, Man fell into the Dreamlands as a young child, raised by the Cats of Ulthar and now attends Nevermore. TBH kinda ended up becoming a Higher Power since he emulated his 'mom' Bast, Devourer of Corpses. So he'd run into a scar on reality and go yum lunch and somehow through fantastic prep and rolls he somehow didn't go batshit insane or die.
5. Baron Samedi, Loa of the Crossroads got tired of being bound to his pantheon, so he basically invited a deceased human to possess him so with the Human Soul in Charge they could go anywhere and not be so confined.
6. For something more mundane, I did do a Grand Theft Auto one as well where he was a former mercenary(hitman) returning to his hometown of Los Santos.

Concept should be the first thing decided.
Setting/Character Creation will follow.
I'll probably give this a few days depending on how active the thread is initially for everyone to settle on an idea they like. For now, Discuss your ideas.

P.S We will also need to come up with a Title but that can come after the concept is finalized.

P.P.S If you come up with a really good idea and it ends up not winning overall, don't worry. If this goes well, I will be doing more of these. Or I might make a Story Version of it during my personal playing.
