Also, it's worth noting that this is after Door called Blair a "Worm Freak" and hit the "They know too much" button.

We know they're getting some supplies from Pentex, it would hardly be surprising for them to sabotage those and mess with the silver bullets.

Granted, one would expect the Society of St Leopold to have their own silver bullets. Still, even if they're not totally in bed there's metaphysical corruption in at least this branch and with Pentex that also means the more regular kind as well.

They probably would, but would they have them available immediately. England does not really strike me as a strong hold for what sounds like a Catholic order.
 
Honestly, I respect the work for Hunter the Partnering. But I do disagree with a lot of its lore choices due to how I envision stuff on my end.


England is the Venture + Union stronghold and both fucking hate the Old Master / Spirits with human puppets, Penxtex would be in hell of a time trying to set up and keep its shit in working order with both of those looking and being ready to fuck them over

There being a well established Tremere chantry in Mythras' backyard is already a bit odd. Even if he's currently occupy that Sabbat shitheel's body, there's no way the sun king would allow those cretins to be anything approaching power players in land he considers his. They also don't talk like this is a new thing, but Mythras has only been in a lessened state for a few years by this point, not nearly long enough for any serious Tremere territorial gains to become the status quo as they seem to have.
 
Well, this is WAY off topic, and probably should be in a Fanfic Idea thread (IF WE HAD ONE!!!)

Transmigrator dies and learns he's going to reincarnate in the World of Darkness as a prophesied hero.... of ONE of the tribes of the Garou.

He FREAKS the HELL out because he KNOWS there are horrors like Zhyzhak, Dragon's Wrath, and Pentex wandering around and begs the entity booting him around the multi-verse for some cheat or boon, anything to keep himself alive.

It does... in the form of his physical attributes, Zhyzhak in homid has a strength of six (despite it going only up to 5 normally) Thus his three physical attributes are 6, he also have athletics of 5 and a brawl of 5.

He's a Get's Wet dream when it comes to actually beating the shit out of stuff, but that's all he's got, he's completely normal or even possibly lacking otherwise.

So can he survive as the ultimate beat stick... but that's all he has...

To be fair, even if that's all he's good for, if he retains some semblance of sanity and decency he'll be the best garou out there, because your average wolven child of Gaiai has "Idiotic Asshole" as their default setting

He took one look at his ancestors and decided to roll with the Celestial Chorus instead which I find funny even while the Ventrue simped hard. Which is kind of weird when his patronage of the arts and church would make me think of the Toreador.

That campaign continues to be funny to me as the Tremere went on a continent hopping multi dimensional journey that ended with her (though the player was male) learning to avoid the myriad parenting mistakes of other vampires while suffering from other mistakes like letting her adoptive children read books of how to commit war crimes and looking away while the werecat is next to jars full of Caine's blood.

Didn't pick a totem or pack due to this being a lone character.

The premise is thus.

The life he reincarnated into is as the sole son of a pair of Fianna Kinfolk.

The couple's paternal grandfathers were both Fianna Garou. And they own a prosperous cattle farm in the west of Ireland.

The SI returned to his memories when he was about 10, he only really knows Garou lore tangentially, and it's been several generations since his family had a garou in it so he's been kept at arm's length. His father occasionally sending a cow off to the cousins at the nearby caern. And he'll probably get paired up with a rangy wild woman, his ancestry makes him a prime stud but not so closely related you get Silver Fang Issues.

But for now he can get a university degree in agribusiness, play rugby to his heart's content, then go home and take over the farm


Then when he turns 20 he finds out his parents are dead, murdered by a local formori family allowed to fester due to the local Sept being overwhelmed with other duties.


Well it ended up biting them with two well positioned kinfolk dying to a formori attack.


When the MC comes home and figures out it was Wyrm related BS, he finally rages.

And boy is it nasty what with his strength being 6 as a homid. with Crinos form that is strength 10, the ratty shack the formori clan squats out of is going to look like a hurricane full of buzz saws hit it.

The five kinfolk he has on hand aren't closely related to him, but they are Fianna Kinfolk, in the know, and were hired by his father to help run the farm, keep kinfolk employed and close instead of buggering off to Dublin and getting lost in the mass of people. They expected to continue being on the edge of the actual Garou Sept, then the boss's son became the most imposing Ahroun they've ever had the (mis)fortune of meeting and they are incredibly nervous.

Not the worst idea, it was already Jailbreak points mashed in there (character creation points weren't used for that ability).

While most of my experience in Storyteller games are in Exalted and VtM, I know enough about WtA to know that he is a fucking murder blender.

His base dicepool to attack in homid form is 11, and he deals a base 6 damage with his punch. It is very possible that he just punches someone and they're instantly knocked out, if not horribly maimed. The moment you give him brass knuckles, it becomes as likely for him to kill with a single strike as it is likely for him to stun without them. This is in his Homid form, without the use of any Gifts or Fetishes. I'll be back in a bit once I crack open the books and see how silly his Crinos can get.

Right. This fellow enters combat in Crinos for the sake of simplicity. He, during the declaration of actions stage, decides to spend 3 points of Rage- the max he can- to get 3 extra actions for the turn.

He then rolls (Dexterity 7 + Brawl 5) at Difficulty 6 to make his first claw attack, dealing a damage of (Strength[10] + 2[From Claw action] + extra successes on attack). We'll assume he rolls a mathematical average on the attack roll, and give him 6 extra successes. He rolls 18 Aggravated damage dice with this first attack.

And he has three more of these in the tank, without splitting dicepools or incurring a difficulty increase for multiple actions.

99% of people only have 7 health. Aggravated damage can't be healed in combat and its very hard to defend against.

Its like being killed 2.5 times over, and in a method that ignores most of your ability to block.

Funny enough, I had a few other ideas where the MC was instead:

1) A shockingly healthy Upper Class Twit Silver Fang that Hugh Laurie always played in the Black Adder series (INCREDIBLY WEALTHY, not a mean bone in his body, had FUN being a warrior of Gaia, and was so rich even Pentex blanched just a hair, with a Kinfolk who's his butler for a lack of a better term, but knows who signs his paychecks, and ALSO knows the big doof would take a curse from the Wyrm itself for him)

2) a Black Forest Born Get (a bit stereotypical true, but why not? Bonus points if he also wants to operate a farm somewhere in south-west Germany)

3) A surprise late changer from the Black Furies (the idea is that he was actually in the middle of doing what the narrator in Hardy's Wait in the Truck was doing, only he got shot in the chest with the shotgun before he could shoot with the pistol... then he GOT, BACK, UP. The issue is that the Furies would NEVER accept him, but he literally took a shotgun to the chest while doing what the Furies always scream about doing. Committing bloody murder on men who hurt women. His mother is a Kinfolk, but his grandmother and scads of the women in his family are all legends or heroes, so he has a natural Pure Breed 5... but you know... male.)

My thought there is he goes Ronin, finds Lion (in the nature that male lions fight to defend the pride), and becomes the Founder of the Gargarins, or the Silver Shields (Bonus points if you get those references).
