I have an idea for a fate quest cantered around the third holy grail war

So, I decided to make a quest cantred around the third grail war set just a year before the second world war, the mc would be a poor normie that was taken by ROB, and was inserted in 1938, the goal of the quest is to survive the war and win to get back to our time/world, I ulso decided to make it a fusion between the canon timeline and the apocrypha one so Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia would be the master of lancer, Edelfelt the master of saber, Einzbern the master of braserker/ruler/avanger (still didn't decide which class to make them use, thinking of rolling a d3 for it), leaving the mc to roll for being the master of Caster/Archer/assassin/raider, the problem I still trying to think of how to calculate the mc's magic output per circuit, I tried to use Rin as a base line, and looking up fate wiki, and using a calculator but it all ended in a mass, I'm thinking of rolling a d100 and make the results be decided by jumps of 20, basically 1-20 = E rank output, 21-40 = d rank, 41-60= c rank, and so on(mana output for rank would be E=5. D=10, C=15, B=20, A=25 and max output be calcoletd as number of circuits X output by circuit = mac output) does it sounds logical or should I buff the mana output for each rank?
