Lately I've been sleeping late and getting up very early and then I can't sleep, is it a bad thing?

I don't do anything different from the rest of the day I think... I'm also a very nervous person right now I'm afraid it might be some catastrophic illness (Google translator)

How late? Late as 22-00(a) or late as 01-05,(b) in the morning?

Usually how early do you wake up if you sleep at (a) or (b)?

Nah, if you don't feel any different it's okay. You probably have some subtle change in daily schedule letting you to stay rested enough while having a good sleep pattern.

On unrelated note, I am not sure if this place is the right place for this.

Probably an early onset of insomnia, and you just try to relax a bit. I mean it's not that bad I usually sleep at 4 am and wake up at 6 when at work days

Have you had any drastic changes to your sleep hygiene, started a new medication or drug, or had a lifestyle change that may cause anxiety etc? I think you should try to track if you have lowered mental faculties, grogginess, lethargy, elevated blood pressure and tachycardia / palpitations as a result of your loss of sleep. If you feel less than tip top shape you should try to see a psychiatrist as they are the most relevant branch of medicine if you suffer from sleep disorders. They can refer you to another specialist if needed.
