    I hope I'm not going to sound too heretical, but I came here from SV. And it somewhat influences how I see things and my expectations of a forum.

    Basically: I think that QQ could use more smilies. Right now these are the possible smilies:
    :);):(:mad::confused::cool::p:D:eek::oops::rolleyes:o_O

    While these smilies are great, I think that we could use some more.

    I admit that this issue isn't a very "important" one, but I think that it wouldn't be that hard to do and some people would greatly enjoy the additional ways to express themselves.

    I liked these two smilies enough so that I uploaded them to imgur so that they would be usable here. And I have seen some cases where other people used them when talking to me, so I guess that I'm not the only one who wants it.

    It seems the way of adding smilies is to find an addon with the pack you want and install that. If someone finds a specific one (maybe the one SV uses?) I could install it.

    I think that with it there would still be a need to upload the smilies manually, but you can add any smiley you want.


    Also, a question: What is the smiley picker for?
    (The black glasses-wearing smiley button near the regular button for smilies? It has only the "Uncategorized smilies" category).

    I'd assume it's for if you get a copious amount of smilies and you need a better way to search through your options.

    It's in a separate, organized pop-up so you can easily search + scroll through it.

    Kinda like SV's rating system. People were complaining when there were more things than just Like, but the sheer amount of Hugs and Funnies that've been used now...
