Given the existence of All For One, the Liberation Army, and the government's personal assassins, who also work as heroes, anyone with such quirk would find themselves buried a few meters underground immediately after awakening the quirk.
 
Yeah... This is just like when he left a villain get the student's data just so "canon" would continue and he could aura farm more...

He needs some character development. Getting screwed/suffering a great failure by letting things go so he can aura farm seems like the way to go. He truly is getting arrogant. I can't for it to bite his ass XD
