As the clearly mentally ill umamusume that she is, Shirogane does not watch uma races. To this day she still hasn't quite noticed that uma racers are also idols. Merchandise? She doesn't have money for frivolous purchases. Oh look, those are some nice boots.

Lol, although to be fair, pretty sure a good chunk of Umas in Tracen got some mental issues (e.g. Stilly, Fuku, Manhattan), with the best racers having some level of delusions. So Tanya would fit right in pretty well.

Also, the moment Tanya realize that Uma racers are basically idols/celebrities is the moment all of her neuron activates and she finally gets motivated to race proper.

Although, I do wonder how will Tanya get into Tracen, because at the moment there are several ways:

- Hishi Miracle way: Parents filled out the form and admitted it without her knowing.
- Oguri Cap way: Gets scouted directly by one of the older Umas (Rudolf, CB, Maruzensky) after seeing her race.
-Watch a post race concert and see people going wild at the Umas. That or live through something like the Oguri Cap boom and see all the merch/shows/interviews.

A lot of possibilities.

Is Shiro-ya gonna have a internal panic attack if she meets Agnes Tachyon of Schugel? Seems likely with the mad scientist look that Agnes has but I don't know how they'd interact past an initial meeting.

Shirogane/Tanya would definitely be wary at first at Tachyon before realizing that she is just a giant brat that will make funny sounds when she gets rejected. Tachyon actually do ask for permissions when asking people to test her stuff, with the big exception being her trainer (who gave her a blanket permission). It's why the faculty issues with her was never about her experiments and always been her truancy.

Her attitude certainly isn't though. She's also carrying around a utility belt of potions.

Pretty sure the test tubes in her racewear is decorative, although she does bring some of her concotions everywhere she goes in school.

She's going to kind of in the Golden Generation. The anime timeline is kind of weird though, so it's a bit of a mix.

In some ways she might get tagged as Oguri Cap and Tamano Cross' successor since she's also a gray uma.

I suggest using the main game adaptation to make things simpler. Main story part 1 should already be fully translated in youtube and I do feel the timeline is more coherent. Also helps that if you want to use CinGrey, CinGrey connects more with the game than the anime (there is a panel that shows McQueen wanting to get scouted by Oguri trainer, which ties in well with main story chapter 1 moving on to McQueen).

Gold Ship and Shirogane are not going to mix well personality wise. Gold Ship might end up developing a fear of minidonna.

It has been debunked that Gold Ship is scared of Gentildonna. If anything, Gold Ship had shown to be willing to physically slam back against Donna, which Donna apparently held a grudge. Irl Gold Ship himself doesn't give a fuck.

I can see Shirogane/Tanya trying to intimidate Gold Ship, to no avail. Which makes sense considering her gen mates are Orfevre (golden tyrant), Dream Journey (yakuza boss), Nakayama Festa (gambler delinquent), Fenomeno (intimidating looking police), and Gentildonna (iron lady). If anything, Shirogane attempt at intimidating Gold Ship would just make Golshi interests at her and annoy her even more.

Edit: However, its still possible that Stay Gold develop her fear of gray/white horses from Shirogane, since Stego did race in the gold gen era.

I feel like Gold Ship would be one of the few Uma that Shirogane can't properly deal with. Trying to be logical with her wouldn't work, trying to scare her wouldn't work, and the moment she thinks she is safe, Golshi appears from nowhere to pester her.

Even kicking her would just stun her for a few seconds, since Golshi physical prowess is actually pretty high (around Donna the Gorilla level).

Considering the concept of reincarnation is implied to not only apply to Umas, but also humans. The idea that Elrich somehow managed to reincarnate to Uma Musume land and his new incarnation meeting Tanya new incarnation would be hilarious.

And like the original Elrich, he knows that there is something deeply wrong with Shirogane. But he also sees that her running style is quite beautiful and he wants to see her fullest potential. So even if he thinks she is mentally unwell, he would always keep supporting her no matter what.

Shirogane though just like Tanya, would consider trainer Elrich as one of the people she respects the most outside her family.
