  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

Once and Future (WormxFate)

It's basically me handing you a free power up in terms of amount.

Is there an explanation of Glory thresholds anywhere? I found the glory tracker, but it doesn't explain the thresholds. For that matter I could also not find a list of upgrades that have previously been taken or even how many since upgrades there have been, unless they are recorded somewhere else I haven't found.

You get an upgrade every 500 Glory. The character sheet has a Powers section for those powers that you've taken.

Thanks. So 5 prior upgrades/ milestones then.

May I ask if the other part, i.e
First, you may increase any Trait, Passion, Characteristic, or Skill by one, ignoring any usual restrictions.

Was it recorded which increases/changes to these were previously taken?

I'd say spend the Glory on bumping STR up to 10 (might be relevant to rescuing people that are stuck or incapacitated) and upgrade Chivalry to B for increased resilience. Prudent tactics are probably the highest I would consider: we're here to help out S&R while keeping ourselves reasonably safe. And Behemoth is probably the most directly lethal of the Endbringers, so us contributing to the fight directly seems like a bit of stretch.

Got the math nerd itch and analysed the logic of the tactics choices a bit. If the fight lasts no more than ten rounds (not a guarantee) So Cowardly would see us in combat (and at risk of being hit) for 3 to 5 rounds, Prudent would be 4 to 7 rounds, Valorous and Reckless would be 4 to 8 rounds. If the fight goes really well (or really poorly) for the PRT and lasts the minimum of 5 rounds, Prudent, Valorous and Reckless have us spending the same number of rounds in combat, just distributed differently, and Cowardly would have us fighting only one fewer round. And if the fight lasts exactly 8 rounds, Prudent and Valorous again line up to spend the same number of rounds in combat.
Code:
X = In Combat, 0 = Rest
Cowardly: X0X0X0X0X0
 Prudent: XX0XX0XX0X
Valorous: XXX0XXX0XX
Reckless: XXXX0XXXX0
