exactly what says in the tin

What vexes me more is not that they dont load, is that they load perfectly in the reply/posting boxes, but not in the actual thread.

its mostly just a very annoying problem, and its specific soley to the Rule34.com site, ive not found this problem with any other website

This is a thing on the Rule34 side not QQ. They don't like when people use their image hosting site as an image hosting site.
 
It can happen with other websites too. Best thing to do is just use the preview tab before posting. The preview will show you whether they will actually show up in the post or not.
 
see the problem isnt even that its not showing, its that it shows only in the reply, like why?

if it didnt display at all id understand but it displays on only under these very specific conditions that make no sense
